Default Dash removal

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the whole dash from a third gen Camaro? I need to take the whole thing out, ive already started but its not coming out, if theres a step by step process to this and someone could help me out with the info that would be awesome, because this is a pain in the ***, and they don't tell u in the Haynes manual.

Well I got it out, no directions. I had to remove the gauge cluster unhook the lights and fogs, unhook the lighter, remove all the screws the cpu, remove the dash pad and basically anything that is holding on to the dash itself preventing you from removal. It was a pain in the *** ill admit, but maybe it will go back in easier, but probably not. Good thing I went forward with removing it, there was a mountain of egg corns and nastiness behind there the car never would of smelled right. Im gonna change my blower motor and heater core while I have it out and clean it all up good back there. The air ducts were clogged with crap. Good thing this car is getting a good deaushing. Also had a chance to throw on my strut tower brace while I was motivated.

Yeah, that's prolly how I would have suggested you do it. lol
What was the reason for wanting to yank the dash in the first place, are you restoring it?

Im resurrecting the car, it was being severely neglected when I bought it, just siting there with no back window for four years. So either mice or chipmunks moved into it. I cleaned it out and took out the interior but I could tell there was more behind the dash. So after I removed the entire dash I found a bunch of egg corns and ****, and all the vents for the air and heat were stuffed with nasty stuff, I need to get that all out so it wont smell when I put it all back together.
