This seems like it would be one of the more trivial fixes..but I've never replaced my wipers on my 1985 camaro. Is there a way to replace the whole blades or can you only replace the blade refills? there isn't a lever or anything.

 

Just go to a Auto Parts store that install the wiper blades free with the purchase.
