hey guys i was looking at these headers, on the link below, if you click on where it says "Check to make sure this part fits your application" it doesnt say anything about it fitting a 1992 camaro, and it says only tpi. do you think these would still be compatible with my 92 305 tbi

is there even a difference in TBI and TPI headers?

 

Well Edelbrock makes different ones. It could be where the air tube is or for a C.A.R.B. number they have to be for that certain model.

 

i have TPI headers on my TBI, they work fine. im just havin a hell of a time sealing the collector to the y-pipe.

 

I sold my Edelbrocks to someone with a 305TBI. Went on fine. The only different might be where the air tube connects, just have to buy a longer/shorter one. No big deal.

 

tpi/tbi/carbed heads and blocks are all identical ports/bolt patterns, so yes any will work, Just make sure they will fit in your car, ie a 92 camaro and make sure they are for a v8. lol. If you want to keep it all stick youll need the ones with the air tubes or just get an air tube kit and weld it on.
