TBI or TPI

 

WHAT is the difference between TBI and TPI and what do they stand for. Mine does not have the traditional carb.

if it doesnt have a carb then you hae a tbi which stands for throttle body injection. it sits on the top of the engine and has two injectors pushin gas in from the top. to see it take the intake lid off and check it out. but for websites there are fbodymotorsports.com and hiperformancechevy.com and the traditional jegs and summit
