Default When were 4 wheel discs first offered in 3rd Gen?

I am thinking the 1984 T/A is the first. I actually saw a 79 with 4 wheel discs but I thought they they were swapped in. The owner didn't know.

RPO J65 was a common option and was required on all 350 TPI cars.
