can u put a 2nd coat of wax on after u apply the 1st. because my car had this kind of spotty dull look but now its shiny and everything and i mean i looks 100 percent better but that spottyness kind of is showing through.

 

Put on as many coats as you want. All it takes is time.

 

If your paint is in good condition, you should probably strip the wax off and polish it. Then a coat of wax. Polishing will get rid of those dull areas, and the wax will bring out the shine.
