I have 265 45 15 and they dont rub at all I dont know if youre going to be able to find that size though, I might have to upsize my rims because it seems like they dont make any of the wide tires for 15 inch rims anymore... Theyre not on stock wheels though... Theyre on some fugly Centerline wheels..

It seems to be getting harder to find good tires in the wide size for 16s also. And maybe your centerlines are a different offset.
For anyone thinking of tires though I DO NOT recomend dunlops sport r2or something like that. They are suposed to be the all season high performace and I lost traction on a dry road while taking a corner slower than I would with my old kumhos. I cant have fun driving now because I have no confidence in theses tires.

for all four of my 235's i spent $350 on all of them. it wasnt bad but now im getting new rims so its pretty much $350 down the drain

$350 that works out at about £175, 235's over here will cost me in excess of £300! Be a good Santa and send them to me when you get your new rims

I have the 275's on the stock 5 star wheels. I don't believe they have spacers. When I purchased the car in october they were already on there. Check My CarDomain it should have a pic of the wheels that I have.

Mine are the stock 5 star wheels aswell but the rear arches have been rolled flat to stopthem catching, i want to put the same size tyres on all four corners, thats why i have to change the diff aswell to get better gearing. With the big tyres on the back the speedo is reading 15 mph to fast, as to what the size of these tyresare i don't know they just say L 50 large on the side ?. The chap that bought the car off told me it had managed an 11.5 second quater with this gearing (not sure if i believe this though) but i need it for normal road use.

There was something else I didnot thinnk of right off. I dont think those 15" early wheels have a different offset for front and rear.
