Default tyre size

Hi, just wondering what the proper tyre size should for a 1984 Z28 running on standard 15" rims, or what size you guys would recomend

i believe they are 215/60 r15... i believe...

Thanks for that, think i might put something a little wider on, 235 or 245 maybe

I have 235s on my camaro and it looks nice. Its not really all to noticable untill you get under it and look from the back but 245s would look nice

The stock size I believe is the size that 350rs stated. 215/60R15. I have 235/60R15 on the front and 275/60R15 on the rear. They don't rub and the back looks real nice with that wide tire look.

At the moment it's got 225/ 60/ 15's on the front and BF Goodrich L 50 large on the rear(these are BIG mothers). I can get 225's for around £40 eachbut 235's are going for £60, how much do you guys have to pay for tyres over there?

for all four of my 235's i spent $350 on all of them. it wasnt bad but now im getting new rims so its pretty much $350 down the drain

Do you have the 275 on stock wheels? Any spacers? My brother took my 16" IROC wheels with some old kumhos and he loves the 245f and 255rear but it is getting slim pickings for the same brand tires in that size. I am sure he would love bigger if they fit good.

And the original size is actualy 215/65R15. I still have the owners manual from my 84 Z28

I have 295 on the rear, and they DO rub on hard cornering.. But I have 265 in the front and they dont rub at all..

265 dont rub even when making a u turn? What is the complete tire size? My brother has 16" wheels and I want to make sure the overal diamiter will work.
