Hi, i need a speedometer housing that goes into the transmission tail shaft on a 87 camaro, but having trouble finding one any help on where to find one would be great.

They should not be hard to find. A web search should turn up a lot of places. Here is one I have done bussiness with. www.speedometersolutions.com
You also need to know what gear you have because there are two different sizes. A long and a short.
