Are these rims OEM?

Hey, got a set of these rims with Camaro center caps, Are they OEM?
special edition?
what year?

factory style. some wheels were color qued to the paint, not sure if that was factory or not, but have seen it. nothing special, i think they were the base model wheel for 85 and up.

Stock wheels, but the color is not. Standard and not extra cost option wheel used on 82-92 Camaro's
