Does anyone make a crossmember to install a th350 inplace of a 700r4. It's for my newly acquired 84 z28. For what I'm planning the 700 won't last long, the rear won't either for that matter. I know I'll have to shorten the drive shaft and replace the shifter but theres really no hurry on this project just wanting to gather pieces. Thanks first post here.

 

I wouldgo to spohn performance website and they will have all you need to do the swap. Your drive shaft is to short, and if your going to have more HP than a 700R4 can handle, junk the stock drive shaft. B&M and Hurst sell a kit for this swap, but spohn makes nice stuff. I would check there first. Good luck.

 

find a 82 or 83 camaro that came with a 3 speed tranny and it will work.
