Hasanyone tried an air flow enhancer for throttle bodies? I was just curious if they increase H.P. like they say in the camaro performance handbook. Supposedly they increase airflow by 10% and dyno testing has shown that the spacer alone will produce as much as a12 hp increase. any feedback would be much appreciated.

 

ive heard mixed things about that spacer on a TBI. Some say its awesome, others are less than impressed. I am yet to do it,i just dont know if i want to, also, what about clearance?

 

Yeah! never thought about hood clearance? really not sure how much clearance there is with the stock air cleaner! Also on another note! i really wanted to install an IROC hood like you have on your RS, but have a line on a original fiberglass cowl hood off a 82 Z you know with the doors that open, for the crossflow injection. But ive heard lots of problems with paint peeling? anyway thanks for the heads up Tom, on the clearance issue. Dhighway
