Default taking off her bra?

Now that i have your attention..

the title however does kinda make since with the post. Im wondering, of those of you who have done motor swaps. Is it worth the time to take off the fenders, front bumper assembly, and radiator core support ( if that comes out without cutting)? OR is it just more hassle than its worth?

is it stock or are all the junky parts gone? I do know that on my bros 72 chevell, everytime we go to pull the motor, trany or any MAJOR work on the motore we just pull the whole front clip off, but its just a handfull of bolts and shims and takes less the half hr. on my 84 though, at this time because of all the junk still there, we wouldnt even consider it for to long. now after I get done removing all the junk that may change. when I put in a new motor though ( and I mean NEW), it will come off just because I want to clean and paint everthing up to look good. If your just putting in another junkyard motor I would suggest you just jack up the front a bit, remove the radiator and go for it.

pretty much the only thing left is the battery, brake booster, heater/ air conditioner box, and steering linkage. Im not pressed for time. im more conserned about messing something up. its a rebuilt lt1 going in. so not junkyard, but not new.

For a regular motor swap, no not at all. Nothing in the front end gets in the way. However, how much fabbing are you going to have to do to get that LT1 in?

In mine I used the forklift and dropped the engine and transmission in together. Plenty of room with the radiator out.
