Default T-top area part question

Hello all:

Here is the problem and I hope you have the name and a solution. First off I have a 1987 Camaro, been stored away for about 7 years. She is running once again!! Sweet!!

The t-top seals I know are shot, new seals will be on order soon. The problem is that when the t-tops are off the car, there is a flat black panel held in place by I think 3 or 4 phillips sheet metal screws possibly holding down the rubber molding on the car??, the panel is about 1 foot long and about 4-5 inches wide.......I dont know the name of this part but there is one on each side of the car. These are rusted due to a t-top leaking problem I think or condensation over the past 20 years. What is the name of these panels and where can I get 2 of them? Another thing, these [:@]screws are really rusted in also...........not good!!
