Hmm...The box one looks much stronger ya, I'll probably go with that one and I'll just go with the edelbrock strut tower brace seeing as I can get that for the same price w/o shipping and 20% off[8D] And some problem here with the car, needs to get back togeather and on the road, once the road isnt made of a half foot of snow lol

SFC's are the best mod you can make to a 3rd gen car, just make sure they are welded in. I have the Spohn tube type and they tuck in very neat and are not visible as some boxed ones. The STB is another item that tightens up the front end, I have the Hotchkis one. These items have been on my car for well over eight years now and I am very satisfied with them.

When you have a box and tube of comparable size and thickness the tube is going to be stronger with no corners and flat sides.
These guys also have some stuff for third gens.

Ok Looks like I'll get the Spohn Wonder Bar, Edelbrock STB (its triangulated and looks the strongest) And the Spohn SFC kit (It says sold as pair. Do I have to order two?)

btw Heres the main question that bugs me with suspensions

Adjustable or not?

No, Spohn sell them as complete sets......

Unless you like adjusting things, just order the stand NON-adustable parts.
