Default Still moving Forward on my Project

It's been almost 2 years I'v been working on my 85 Iroc. Long story short I bought the car drove it home, and it never ran again. It was just thrown together by the person who sold it to me because it was missing tranny bolts and other things. I decided to buy a cam kit and take the motor apart and do new gaskets and clean it up too...Thats were I am at now cleaning the heads. I have a ton of pictures of my progress I'll be posting soon.

The Stats:
1985 Iroc/z-28 ??? "has both on the car"
T-Top
350 v8 I'm told but I haven't got the motor out yet to run the numbers
Cam kit I'm puttin in is 280 Magnum cam

I'll post pics in just a few...

This is after I found out my car had a 2nd paint job....

Even had the Iroc logo underneath the black...I'm still not done getting the paint off the only thing that takes the primer off is gas and brillo pads someone used a spray gun on it I thought it was spray paint.

you could use aircraft remover but that would take it to metal. how could you tell it had two paint jobs?

My '91 has an iroc hood. I want those inserts LOL. Did you primer the plastic grill insert too? that just seems like a waste of time...

I didn't primer it someone else did, I gave up stripping it off "taking to much time" and went with chevy orange and black for new paint job pics soon
