Seat wont move forward

RE: Seat wont move forward
There are probably three things keeping the seat from sliding...rust, rust, and more rust!
Get yourself a can of PB Blaster (I like the best). Attach the little hose to the nozzle, and from under the seat at the front, spray both seat tracks to soak it well. Let it sit for a while (a few hours) and then try to work the seat loose. It might help to have someone pull the lever while you are in the back seat pushing the seat (at the base) forward with your feet. Once it breaks free, work it forward and back, and keep giving it some more PB.

HAHA Gotta agree with Camaro 69...My seats were rust to and I couldnt scoot the passenger seat back when the driving instructor weighed bout 275 when I took my exam in my 81....sure enough he crammed his *** in there and we made it...I had the same problem when I couldnt get to the bolts...until I used some buster spray and kicked em till them came loose...
