im swappin the 305 tpi engine (rod through oil pan) for a 5.7l TPI 350, im getting a bigger throttle body, bigger ingectors, K@N filters, headers, and a custom 3in exhaust without mufflers, is it going to be a difference for sure or what? mega big power? ill be makin about 360hp (has some head work) i hope its alot faster, and all that junk, whacha guys think? also gettin a mega shifter, transgo shift kit, 2600 stall converter with lockup, b@m kickdown switch, corvette billet servos, and an aluminum driveshaft. Night and day difference in performance from stock with my iroc-z?

yeah, i mostly just want it to be meaner than my friends (he bout his from the same guy, they were twin irocs) his is an 88 tho, its got tpi 305 and a t5 in it, i guess it'll do like 120 or something, i just want mine to scare the **** outta little kids and stuff, no mufflers might just do it too!

 

loud will do it, but going fast is alot more fun.

 

well, if they go like 120 with 200 hp than 360 might get me going pretty ****in fast....and to think i was gonna sell this car...im a dumb ****...

 

its how fast you get to 120 for HP... the rest is gears to go faster.

 

yeah, i kinda want to get a t56 outta my buddys wrecked 96', its got close ratio gears and a .62od so that might punch up the accel. a lil bit, also some 4.11s
