im swappin the 305 tpi engine (rod through oil pan) for a 5.7l TPI 350, im getting a bigger throttle body, bigger ingectors, K@N filters, headers, and a custom 3in exhaust without mufflers, is it going to be a difference for sure or what? mega big power? ill be makin about 360hp (has some head work) i hope its alot faster, and all that junk, whacha guys think? also gettin a mega shifter, transgo shift kit, 2600 stall converter with lockup, b@m kickdown switch, corvette billet servos, and an aluminum driveshaft. That has alot to do with the driver also....maybe a low 13 for his car.

and yes, getting a good launch will save your backside

i was thinking about a thump-r cam, roller rockers, and stud gurtles, it should be in the 1500-6500rpm range, will i hurt anything going like crazy fast in 4th gear lock up at like 5500rpm for a long time? i here 350s are only good for sustained revs under 5000rpm..
