Default saggydoors

just wondering if anyone has any soluions to worn out hing pins with out haveing to drill out the welds on the door and bolting on a new hing.I'm trying to avoid alignment nightmares afterword.

You can get replacement pin and bushings form you local GM dealer. If the hinges are not too wallowed out, that will fix your problem.

thanks thats great for the lower but what about the upper hing.

hey to go along with that, i was lookin at my doors too, it looks like you can jsut stick a washer in the hinge to fix it. anyone else done that or is it even worth it.

The upper you replace the same way. it's generally easiest to cut out the old pin, and put the new one in from the bottom.
