I have a 91 rs camaro with a 305 tbi. Its running way to rich like when I punch it it bogs. Is there a way you can tweak the settings on a tbi?

Check the fuel pressure regulator, and make sure the vacuum line is connected to it. A bad regulator or missing vacuum line will make the engine run very rich.

Forget about the vacuum line, TBI does not use one. The pressure regulator is part of the fuel meter and are usually replaced as a unit. It sits at the top front of the tbi unit and held in by screws. The fuel pressure should be 9-13 PSI and you need a T fitting with the fuel line to test it.

Thanks Im gonna try that tomm. If the pressure is fine is there any more suggestions? I bought the car for $500 and there was no breather on it so I replaced it with a 350 breather and cleaner and I read somewhere there was a airflow sensor in the cleaner on there stock. Can i bypass the sensor in the computer maybe?

If the sensor is still present in the car, you can actually cut a hole in the bottom of the new air cleaner and put it in there, but as far as bypassing it, the only thing that would do is send the computer a constant 5V signal, and that'll be just as bad as the 0V it gets without the sensor.
