Default A QUESTIONABLE EXHUAST IDEA

I have a 1984 Camaro Z28, i dont know if any of you Camaro owners have the two stock mufflers in the back but my dose... So this is my exhuast idea, if i gut the converter out and leave the stock manifolds and single pipe on, then replace the back twostock mufflers with two 40 series flowmaster mufflers with the dual tail pipes, how would it soundcoming from the350 in my camaro, would it sound loud and powerful enough? please give any available info you have.

You're asking for all sorts of problems. Get a high flow cat, and some actual headers. Run a cat-back system from flowmaster... It'll be easier and more efficient.

That pipe is way to small. I had the same **** on my 84. I had Edelbrock T.E.S., stock cat and 3 inch to a flowmaster. I sounded good inside and outside the car.
