Default Question on pulleys

I bought a set of underdrive pulleys for my 90 Camaro (5.0), but I noticed that the crank pulley is about 2" smaller in diameter than my stock one. Does this mean I ordered or got sent the wrong parts or is that is it should be and I just need to buy a smaller belt to make it work? Any idea how much horse power that will add?

it mostly adds about 5 to 15 horsepower. but yea, im pretty sure the 2" smaller crank pulley in normal. it makes teh strain on the crankshaft lighter, by having a smaller pulley, the crank has to work less to spin it.
