Oh. Well one side is glued down but I don't want to glue this side down. The bolts that hold them on are almost all broken. Granted they have been on the car for almost 20 years so I'm kinda not surprised lol.

I believe there is a way to fix broken studs on the louvers that hold them down. I am gonna check around.

Stevolwevol, you confused Katzen by answering DiElSleL's question about the hood louvers.

OK, now I am confused. I back tracked to the second page, but I my eyes are getting tired.

Are we talking about repairing the louver studs? Cause if we are I have some ideas.

Well, the OP was asking about t-tops. DiElSleL's hood louvers question was a hijack. Yes, there was a question there, and now I don't see it. You weren't answering to the wind, obviously since he followed up on the response!

So my eyes weren't that tired then. I guess I was contributing to the hijack. So a post went poof? MMM

Alright. First of all, the T tops can be sanded, polished, painted, or replaced. I don't recommend the five finger discount no matter how much those junkyard jerks make ya hate em, and believe me they will find a way to do it. You don't want to wear an orange jump suit no matter how much you like your Camaro.

Second, The louver studs can be repaired if it is the studs we were talking about. Even if I am contributing to delinquent hijackers, it would be productive to have a discussion about this. If a new thread should be established, then I would like to see DiElSleL start one.
