overheating

Default overheating

i was wondering if anyone had a pic of where the fan switch is,and how do i know if its bad? also where the fuses for the fan are located and if you have a pic that'd be great..

Depends on the car. Some are computer controlled based on the input of a temperature sensor, while other use a thermoswitch which controls the fans directly.

89 RS 2.8L is what i have and the switch was in front of the intake manifold, kind of deep in there out of sight
