Default No Fuel!!` Need Help Asap!

Okay here is what i got. I recently purchased a 1992 Camaro Rs, it has the V8 305. The car was running good until today. I pulled the car into my backyard to do some body work, and when i wanted to pull the car back up front it would not start. I first thought Fuel Pump so i tested it and it works good. Next my buddy said probably a relay or a fuse. so i check the relay and replaced it, still no good. then i looked for the fuse, couldnt find it, where would this be, Fuse box or in engine compartment. What else could it be? when i hook 12 volts to the pump it works, so obvisioly it got no power.

Any help will be greatly appricated.

p.s. sorry for spelling.

There's an inline fuse right behind the battery that should be either attached to or nearby the passenger side fender. It's inside of a small black casing with two wires coming out on either side.
