Yes, you need the installation kit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you linked and you will see this.

 

Screw those install kits. I had one before strip and my car would not turn. I do think Grant also makes a billet one which may be better and looks better. I had a lecarra wheel with a billet adapter that looked great.
