i picked up a 91 RS 305 tbi with 117K.It needs a new fender and some other body work but runs great. My dad drove it home and i was in my mustang (oo v6 with mods) and i couldn't keep up.It has a new wire harness and multiple new parts under the hood. I paid 900 for it thought it was a good deal with how low the miles are. It needs a headliner, a pillars, radio, the trunk motor doesn't work...i dont even have a key for it..im sure i can get a lock and the key from the junk yard.

Looks pretty decent. I had one exactly like that (except for t-tops) that I sold a couple of years ago. Other than rust, which can hit any car, there really aren't any specific things to watch for. Anything can go wrong, or not. Since you don't have a key, I presume the p.o. bypassed the VATS (security system). Is the tumbler assembly pulled from the steering column?

 

no they didn't bypass the VATS its just locked. but when i first got it a month or so ago all the power locks and interior lights all worked but now they don't but i think its just the fuses.
