New owner of 91 RS 3.1 L V6...need help ...
I am a new owner of a 91 RS and have some questions about the
back end body ...
it squeaks over speed bumps...I am not sure
if its the suspension or if the bolts on the bumper need to be tightened.
plus she has a bit of a hi pitch whine when shes low on gas...
bogs down hard on less than 2 gallons
and makes a little bit of a suzuki rice choper whine in exceleration...
and how do you fix the damn gas gauge and get the smell out if the heater
any tips on giving this car the right kind of love is welcome

Probably need new bushings on the rear suspension parts & maby shocks. Bu try the bumper bolts first. Also lube rear hatch.
The high pitch whine from the fuel pump means that it is ready to die.
If you change the pump, also change the fule level sender at the same time, they all live in the gas tank.
To de-smell the heater, turn the fan full blast, and spray a couple of cans of Lysol into the heter intake by the windshield. It should kill all the fungus that is smelling it up. If this doesn't do it, you may have to remove the heater core and soak it in bucket with a 50% mix of chlorine bleach.
