Default new guy here

hey yall how are ya doing tonight? well heres the story, new to the whole GM scene im a very big mopar guy but i work at firestone and this guy had his 89 iroc-z with the 350 towed in, we did all the work to figure out the problem, turned over but not starting, and has good spark yadda yadda, so checked relays and fuses all good. last but not least when you turn the key you cant hear the fuel pump kick on so we made a quote fo this guy for new fuel pump lines and filter, and maybe a few other things we have done work on his car before. Well anyways tey guy decides he doesnt want to put the money into it and he has no way of towing it, while the car has been sitting at the store ive been checking it out, while the paint is junk the body is straight with no rust anywhere that i can see, the interior needs some work but all in all its not that bad good for restoration or a fun toy for me to build up specially since i paid it off already. all of the 75$ dollars it costs me! well hope to see ya around some day ill try to get some pics of it posted along with my other vehicles, yall have a nice night hope you enjoyed the story

Did you actually check wires too, or just the relays and fuses? Rodents love to chew up wires, and the warmer the climate, the more often it happens. If I were you, I'd do a quick check of the entire fuel pump circuit before replacing the pump. And if you get her running and decide not to keep it, seeing as how you're a mopar guy, and all, look me up, I'm in the market for a new F-Body, and I'm more than willing to catch a bus to Florida to get it.
