Question Need Help Header vs A/C bracket

Finally broke down and installed headers on my 84 Camaro. The old manifolds and pipes came off easy and the new headers and y-pipe bolted right up to my cat back exhaust. It helps a lot when you flood the bolts with liquid wrench the night before. It was a dream thinking I could fire the thing up after about 5 hours of work when I took the special A/C bracket adaptor I bought out of the box and, after serious consultation with my best bud, realized we had no idea how that puppy was going to work. Has anyone adjusted/adapted/forged or otherwise successfully come up with something that works with the stock A/C bracket that used to bolt to the drivers side exhaust manifold. Photos would probably help.

I don't have any photos, but I did have to get creative using stainless steel spacers and the original bracket bolt. I also had to cut an "unnecessary" part out of the way. Aside from that, it was not a big problem.

I didn't put mine back on. seemed to work ok, but also did not use the a/c since other parts of it were out. I ran my 95 blazer though without the rear support after putting headers on and never had an issue
