my swap
Well i found a 350 rebuilt only 120K on it and its only $800 i have the money for it but is it worth buying a carbed engine when my 2.8 is Fuel Injected??? How much of a hassle would it be to swap it?
to be honest my good friend
the 2.8 to 350 swap would be hard (but not impossible) to do. it all depends if you have the proper funds.i think theres is posty in the v6 section by nj85z28 that lists the parts needed for the swap. i wish you the best of luck and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask the forums

Since nothing from your 2.8 set up is going to work on that 350. Your best bet is to go with a Carb set up and disable all the ECM functions. However; if your state has Emission standards your chances of passing are slim to none.
I live in North Dakota so i dont have any emitions tests. So i think i am going to buy the engine. I really need to swap the engine and winter is some of the best times to do it here because im not going to be driving it anyway. I really cant wait for it..and i have people in my car club that are excited for my project
