Get ir running better than it is then a nice overhall of the interior and body then taking it to the local dragstrip.

So someone has already done a swap then, so more likely just a rebuild and build up?

Yep just needs some tinkering then a sanding and paint and i'm going to bye some new tires for it and ideas for color?

I would be happy with Black or a Midnight Blue.

That sounds like a kiss of death.....

None of these cars that are pushing the 30 year mark just need a "sanding and paint". Even on the ones without rotted areas still need extensive bodywork to look even half way decent.

Plus, you need to be sure what you bought is a solid 350. you sound confident there was a swap done, what leads you to believe that it is indeed a 350? Best of luck on getting it to where you want it. I'm 2 years deep into mine and still not done.
