i just realized my cam has a fuel eccentric on it, even though it was designed to be used for the 305 and 350 tpi engines. will it still work without any issues? my basic engines class at school didnt get into engine performance, and now im curious as to if this cam will work or not

 

I don't think there is any reason why it wont. I never shopped for a cam and had to get one for electric or mechanical pump.
