Default Jasper 305 TPI

I just got a jasper 305, with a 3 year warrenty, it has about 1300 miles on it I had varying people tell me the "break-in" miles I heard it was 3000? and will the motor run better after 3000? thanks for any help guys,

With new engines the beak in should be complete after the first oil chang and 500 miles.

okay... thanks.... I was just wondering because, the motor doesnt run like my orig did, oh well I was just wondering, thanks

It will losen up around 12,000 miles. But after 3,000 miles you can switch to synthetic. Breaking it in is heat stress relieving it. It will expand and contract allowing the stresses built up during the machine/casting processes to be relieved.
