Installing fuel tank back...please help me

I have a 1992 Camaro RS 305 carbuerated, I have replaced the fuel pump relay, fuses, fuel filter, and finally the fuel pump in the tank. Well after like a month of trying to get it out I can not get the straps around the tank again. Please someone walk me through this, I want to drive my baby again. Please HELP....

First you need to make sure that the straps did not get bent in wny way. A way to check this is to pull the straps and the tank completly out and make sure that the straps wrap around the tank like tey should. If they do the best way to istall the straps back on is to put the tank into place with a jack and make sure the placement is in it's exact place. The straps should go back on with no problem. Ohh yea make sure you have all of the mounting hardware loose on straps very loose so they will not bind up. Hopefully what I said may help to get you gong. I would be upset if I could[8D[:@] not drive camaro. I am pretty sure that your car is a TBI injected since you had to pull the fuel tank to change the fuel pump.
