I am going to inspect every inch of this car tomorrow... I dont think it could be anything to serious if it only knocks/ ticks at full temp and never when its cold.

 

Update... I found that all the header bolts were loose enough to fall out!! I tightened the drivers side and the bolt closest to the steering wheel was halfway out! I am having fun tightening the pass side but hopefully this solves my problem.
