I was going to buy these headers... anyone have these or heard hows these perform or sound??

 

Mabey try posting in "intake, headers and exhaust" if you don't get to many responses. I did the same thing with fuel pressure questions.

i have the shorty headers of that type. I love them. I saw a decent power gain and a huge "gain" in sound. Got that deep throughty V8 sound to it, not to mention loud. After the headers i ran a highflow cat, 3 inch exhaust with a 40 series muffler. All and all it came out to be just under a grand

 

Great brand of header... But howd they get the name Hooker? Is there a secret?

 

naaa, they got the name cuz the owner was thinkin of the best way to make his car go better...he only had a few bucks on him and couldn't come up with anything. So he went down to the corner and got him some fair priced hooker head................and you know the rest.
Oh yeah...they are great for any car.

 

I got a set of Hooker Comp headers for my car about a week ago. I cant wait to put them on my new engine!

I have a set of ceramic coated super comps that I have not installed I didn't know what would have to be modified to make them work with the tpi system in my car
