OK I know I've asked alot of questions so far.
But I've onnly had this a short time I want to get all the bugs worked out.

How do I adjust the hood latch?
right now if pull the hood release switch I still have to bang
and fight the hood to get it to release fully.

OK I spray some WD-40 and it help a little.
But what really did the trick was I loosened the 2 bolts on the lower latch
and moved the latch as as it would to toward the passenger side of the car.
It now pops right open when I pull the switch (lever).

 

yea sometimes they just get hard to open after a while, i dont think any of my camaros hoods ever opened right unless i played with it

 

hmm ive noticed this with the car im getting...... hopefully ill try what u did and see if it works... hopefully the cable isnt screwed...

 

mine does it to, but ill stick to slapping the hood to get it open.. im lazy

 

Mine was so bad that just before I fixed it, I couldn't get open even with the help of a friend.
We tried for about 10 minutes and gave up.
It partially opened to safety latch while I was driving.
So slapping the hood was no longer an option for me.
