THIS HELPS FOR 3RD GEN CAMAROS
Ok a lot of people try to get true dual exhaust for 3rd generation camaro's, well they dont sell it in kits, it has to be custom made. Here is the design that was easiest for the custom exhaust shop, and this is what is being put on my car. Keep in mind that if you install the headers yourself, you are saving yourself up to 400 dollars in labor, unless they are short tube headers, they pretty much fall right in. Depending on teh exhaust shop, doing this set up with mandel bent 2.5inch tubes cost around 700-1000 dollars. The more you do yourself, the more you save. I bought the mufflers and headers with gaskets and bolts myself, put the headers and gaskets in, and i am being charged $800.00, but I will talk it down, just to give you an idea. Hope this can help someone.

my air cleaner jsut bairly touched the underneath of the hood, not enough to lift the hood. the only reason i can fit the 3 inch ones is because my manifold is so low, but after i get a new manifold, im gona have to change to a 2 inch one. these cars kinda suck for hood clearence, unless you buy a cowl, which any bigger then a 2 inch one looks dumb.
