Help replacing burned bulb on healights and several other ?'s
Hi im new to this site and new in owning a camaro. For starters i just picked up a 89 camaro RS v6 and it runs ok so far, iono much about these cars but plan to learn as much as i can of em... Been dyin for one for the longest and just got my hands on a mint one. I been on the import scene forever but is time to switch to american muscle and this is my new project. Now i have the car but one of the bulbs is burned out and i tried taking off the bulb but seems that the bulb is literally attached to the headlight, now this might sound dumb, but would i have to find a whole replacement headlight to get this fixed??
2. Is there also a fuse box for all the electrical? cause i didnt find one...
3. Are these RS rear wheel drive? mine has drums in back so im just in doubt.
4. How hard would it be to swap this 2.8 to a 5.0 or 5.7? thats my future plan....
If any of u camaro veterans can answer my questions, it will be highly appreciated... ill post pics of it as soon as i get them uploaded.

1. They are sealed beams and you must replace the whole thing, should be 8-11 bucks at any autopart store or walmart
2. Fuse box is under the dash, driver side, might have a cover over it
3. All camaros/firebirds come rear wheel drive from the factory regardless of motor or trim
4. Any small block chevy will fit in your engine compartment, if you are good at working on cars then a motor swap should not be extremely dificult, other than fighting rusty/broken bolts
hope that helps

A motor swap will require computer and tranny swaps as well. You will also have to upgrade the suspension in the front end to handle a heavier motor. You might have to swap rear ends too. But it's always fun to get wild on your Camaro lol. As long as you have another source of transportation you'll be set.

basically everything except mechanical stuff. interior is all interchangeable. body parts are interchangeable. basically everything except you cant mix up mechanical parts from one car to another.

Also depends on your motor, if you have a 305 tbi you can swap tpi onto it from a 305 or 350, you can put a camshaft from an LT1 into it also, unless you got a v6 ive never messed with those
