I own a 86 camaro sport with the 2.8l v6. A month ago the water pump pulley became unpressed to the pump and fell off going 30mph. I have hunted all the local salvage yards and have not found any, and on top of that found out GM discontinued the pulley alltogether. Was wodering if anyone had one lying around or new of a place i could get one fabbed. Or any specialty camaro salvage yards that ship parts would help.

 

you will need to buy a new water pump. cant be more than $30. they are pressed on from the factory and cannot be replaced

 

yeah i found the pumps the problems is wen the pulley came off it rolled and was damaged. the plate the the pulley bolts to became unpressed. And nobody i can find has a pulley

 

now im not sure what you are saying. have any pictures?
