Yeah i have a question i have a 1989 rs with the flat/smooth ground affets and i want the one's like the z28 and some rs's have *** we'll..I dont know if there called aero ones or not they have the whole and end of side skirts and front lip more fancy i guess u'd say

 

I don't know exactly what you're talking about (like which set of ground effects)but www.hawksthirdgenparts.com is never a bad place to start

If its the ground effects like in Astins's signature they are on all 91-92s'

 

just a note, although it's probably something you don't care about, but if you want it towed with those effects on, it'll take a flatbed (not that it's something you'll ever want to happen, it's just a note).

 

There actually called rocker panels! and in 91 they opened them up too allow for airflow. Look nice but from what I've learned, all it does is make them loose.
