Grey exhaust smoke
I have a 1991 camaro z28 and I got grey smoke coming from both exhaust. It's mostly in 1st and 2nd gear. 3,4,n 5 seem to be good. I feel bad for the people behind me. I checked under the hood and my coolent looks like somone took a dump right up on in there, so maby it's that?

I don't know what coolant looks like if someone took a dump in it. Please check your oil to see if it's milky. Have you been losing coolant?
You may be needing to replace your head gaskets. But, if that's the case, the longer you drive it, the more coolant will enter where it shouldn't and cause more damage.

Idk about milky, it's brown. I just got the car so I can't tell if I'm loosing coolent or not. It does leak a oily substance on my driveway, but weather thats steering fluid, oil, or w/e I wouldn't know. How could I check the head gaskets.

If a person doesn't win a game then they are a loser.
If your shoe laces are too tight, then you need to make them looser.
You can't loose coolant but you can lose it.
Anyway, honestly, it sounds like you have several issues. Without personally being there, and it seems that you are just starting with vehicle diagnosis, I'd suggest bringing it to a privately run shop, not a dealership, and paying them for 1 hour to give it a once over. Ask if you could look over their shoulder.
It sounds like you have many leaks. it could be the intake manifold, it could be a rear main seal, you could have a head gasket issue; it is difficult to tell.
I hope you didn't pay too much for the car. 20 year old cars are being sold for a reason.
