Default gotten through the first stage of wrenching could use help w/ next

ok so ive done some research and got a few parts, so heres where i am with the car now. ive gotten all the AIR pump system removed and manifods plugged, the EGR is gone, canister is gone(vented out the fender), replaced leaking valve cover gaskets and picked up a pair of fabbed replacements, a friend gave me a wieand 8004 intake so its on w/ new gaskets, cleaned up the carb and capped off unused ports(3 vaccum and 1 feed from canister), changed oil and filter, flushed cooling system w/ 160 stat, new belts, new cap, rotor, plugs and wires. now on to the questions

1. should i use and old school air cleaner or fab up a dual snorkel?
2. any suggestions or tips for going through the brake system? obviously new pads and inspect all lines.
3. any suggestions or tips for going through the suspension? im guessing new shocks and struts(brands?), prob. new bushings(suggetions?)
4. a friend has a rebuilt QJ 750 hed give me but im guessing its to big??
5. clutch is feeling pretty bad is there a way to adjust or bleed? if not any suggestions on a new clutch?

thanks Mark

1- personal taste will answer that question....don't be thinking you'll be getting big HP gains. Do you like chrome under there or painted snorkel

2: have rotors/drums turned/replaced. flush brake fluid

3: shocks/struts...... for every day driving get gabriel or monroes on blowout sales from streetside auto. If you are doing road racing then invest more. You could also replace bushings and will need a press for the rear control arms

4: yup, unless you've ported heads and are going radical cam and running it on the drag strip

5: if it needs to be bled then chances are you have a problem

ive already got a aluminum air cleaner so it goes on, for the shocks guess ill go with the monroe's thier offering 25% rebate currently, prob. just stay w/ stock carb until cam and then swap to a holley w/ msd dist., as far as the clutch im guessing it needs replacing, thanks for the advice. Mark
