Default Front suspension, 92 RS

Hello everyone...As before, i've got a 92 RS w the v6, im looking to replace the bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints and I need an idler arm as well. She's been neglected. Anyway, as for the bushings, does anyone know of a kit, so to say, thats decent, not killer fancy, but i am going to change it to an 8 later. Im not racing or anything, just need something for the streets of Miami! Something a bit better than stock for now i guess.

If you just bring your suspension up to new conditions, you will notice a definite improvement. Things like new ball joints, tie rod ends, shock absorbers, variuos bushigs, performance tires, etc.. Good handling is a compromise, make the suspension too stiff and handling will suffer on rough roads, make it too soft and you won't get maximum performance on smooth roads. Don't go too stiff with bushings unless you appreciate a lot of vibration and buzzing. If you wantt a drag only car, then it is a totally different approach.

p-s-t.com will have eveything you need.they offer complete frontend kits for older cars like ours. they use polygraphite. It's suposed to give you the performance of urethane without the squeeks. I bought a set for my '79 Z, they install very easily but I hav'nt put the control arms in yet so I cant tell you about any niose. However they do come with a lifetime waranty, Energy Suspention only offers a two year. We put Energy's in my brothers '79 RS and after about two and a half years they are beat out and slopy now we have to change them again.
