Code 33 has to do with a maf sensor or wiring issue.
The dark green wire to terminal b-12 on the ECM is the MAF input wire.
You found a dark green wire that's been cut.
Is all that just a big strange coincidence? Maaaaaaybe not!!!

Your pics are too small to make any sense of them. Do you have 2 pieces of same colored wire heading in different directions, buried into wiring harnesses or wherever?
I'm assuming so since you said you reconnected them. Did you clear the code again, and did it come back or no?

so guys this is kind of weird bought a new connector repaired wire set it up check engine light still on switched out the mass air flow power relay with burnoff relay codes went away...itll start idling too fast about 1500 rpms then go down to right about 500 then die so i put something on the throttle to hold it up just a bit to right about 550-600 rpms doesnt die now but feels like it wants to????

See if the code comes back. If it does, a bad MAF sensor could be why someone cut that wire. It's possible for the engine to run better (but not best) with no MAF than with a bad one.
