Check the fuel pressure and pressure regulator function. Make sure the air cleaner is clean. Check the ECT and IAT sensors & make sure they are not telling lies. If you car has a MAF sensor, unplug the connector & see how the engine runs in that condition.

ok new update...it doesnt have a MAF sensor ...but now all the codes are popping up again... 33,44,45 OBI. The car still has problems like some times it will start fine some times i have to give it gas to start it... and keep it running high or else it dies and the same thing happens when i come to a stop light or to any stop it dies on me ...also the guages for my oil and speedometer go nuts and go out of control...ANY input would be greeat because before i take it to a mechanic who say this and that is wrong with it and its $$$$ i would like to give it a try my self first! thanks...

ECT = Coolant Tmp Sensor, not the temp gage sender, has a connector with 2 wires,1 black and 1 yellow.
IAT= Intake Air Temp Sensor, in the air intake duct. Has a 2 wire connector, 1 black, 1 tan.

DTC 33= MAP sensor: Look for bad or leaky vacuum line, bad electrical connection or wiring, bad ECM
DTC 44= Lean exhaust: O2 snsor seeng a lean mixture, bad injector, vacuum leak, low fuel presure, bad electrical connection or wiring, bad MAP sensor, bad O2 sensor, bad ECM

DTC 45= Rich exhaust: clogged air filter, fuel in EVAP canister or crankcase, bad injector, high fuel pressure, bad TPS, bad MAP, bad ECM.

You have conflicting indications from the ECM, rich & lean at the same time. From your description the engine is running rich, so check the air cleaner, check the fuel pressure, check for vacuum leaks
