Also there is a long bar that lookls kindof like pre assembled roof joyces or something runs paralell to the drive shaft the entire length of the driveshaft what is this called and do i need to unattach it to lower the rearend where it needs to go to wrestle that tank out of there? Best thing about the car i only got 1500 us dollars in it! Let me know what you think!

That long bar that runs along the drive shaft is the torque arm. You will want to unbolt that from the rear end. You will want to unbolt everything from the rear except the brake line and control arms. The drive shaft can stay also. Unbolt the shocks, sway bar end links, pan hard rod and torque arm. You will notive the rear will pivot when the torque arm is unbolted, thats why its there.
Jack the body as high as you can. The rear end needs to drop as far as the brake hose will allow it. Leave the control arms bolted up.
Look for the fuel filter. Its near the left rear wheel. Its right there with the other fuel lines you need to disconect.

When I did mine, I didn't need to unbolt the torque arm, I had enough give. You also need to remove your right spring, but it will fall right out by the time you have everything dropped anyway. The right side of the tank drops first and you rock and roll it out to the right beyond where the spring was (which is why you need to remove it). It's not a hard job, just time consuming.
