Hello i have a 84 camaro and i have door that is missing some parts. im missing the mirror and the black piece beside it. i got a whole used door that has everthing on it im wondering if i should just take off the parts on the used door or just replace the whole darn door? and if i take the pieces off how do i put them on? so i need help from you guys and im 16 so i dont know that much about cars so please help me out thanks

 

How are the hinges on your door? If you open it and lift up and down do you feel play? If not then justr swap parts. Take the door panel off and there are two 10mm nuts that hold the mirror and a cable if its the drivers side. Its real simple. You need some torx for the arm rest and the trim panels. Make sure you do nottry to take out the faketorx screws as they will strip.
